We are out of network with all insurance companies and cannot bill your insurance directly.

However, we may provide a Superbill for patients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement for the services rendered.

A Superbill is an itemized document that provides all appropriate diagnostic codes, insurance bill codes, and lists all services provided to the patient. These superbills can be submitted towards their deductible or for their HSA/FSA account.

Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs) are used by a large number of people for a variety of purposes. We are glad to deal with folks who have such accounts here at Esguerra Chiropractic. Both FSA and HSA accounts are eligible to pay you for using our services.

Except for a failsafe, both function similarly to a personal savings account.

You can transfer funds between savings accounts and withdraw cash whenever you wish. These accounts only permit them to be used for eligible medical costs.
